The English version, filed with the District Court of Rotterdam on 2 April 2014 under number 28/2014.
Whether these conditions apply to a specific assignment depends on the terms agreed by the parties. Different arrangements or conditions may apply to production and other services. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions, the Dutch version prevails.
