2. What data do we use and why?
When you contact us, we process your name, company name (if provided), email address, telephone number (if provided) and message. We use this information to respond and handle business enquiries. Required form fields are necessary for us to respond. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in business communication or taking steps before or performing a contract.
For recruitment, we use the contact and application information you provide to assess your application, based on our legitimate interest in recruitment. We also process limited technical data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest). Where processing is required by law, we rely on a legal obligation.
3. Website, cookies and external services
We use Vercel for website hosting, Microsoft 365 for business email and Sanity to manage website and vacancy content. IT service providers may also assist us. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we apply appropriate safeguards where required. We do not sell your personal data.
The website stores your language and light/dark display preferences locally in your browser (localStorage). We use these settings only to remember your preferences.
Our homepage and contact page automatically load an embedded Google Maps map when it comes into view. Your browser then connects to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details and use cookies or similar technologies. Please refer to Google's privacy policy.
4. Retention and security
We retain contact and business information for as long as needed to handle your request and reasonably follow up, or longer where required by law. We keep application information during the recruitment process; we retain it longer only where there is an appropriate legal basis, such as your consent. Technical information is not retained longer than needed for security.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access and loss.
5. Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data. Where applicable, you may object, request data portability or withdraw previously given consent. We respond within the legal timeframe.
